PUMP REPAIR PROCESS

This is a brief outline of a typical pumps progress through our repair service:

 

1. Collection

The unit is either collected from site or delivered by client to our workshop facilities.

 

2. Register

The unit will be register by our workshop manager.

 

3. Cleaning & Stripping

The unit will be clean, markings and disassemble.

 

4. Inspection & Quotation

The unit is then inspected by our workshop manager and director.

Necessary measurements will be taken and a detailed quote with images will be forward to the client.

 

5. Client Approval

Upon acceptance from the client, the need repair parts will be proceed.

 

6. Machining

The unit is then passed onto our machinist to ensure components create the necessary tolerances required within the equipment.

 

7. Assembly

The unit is then assemble by the same technicians who disassemble the unit.

The unit will be pressure tested and witnessed by workshop manager or director.

 

8. Transportion

The unit is ether collected by client or delivered back to the client site by us.

Installation If required, our qualified On-Site personnel can install the unit at client plant.
